This is a 24-month training programme to prepare University of Technology graduates for production / operations process management roles.
Our ideal candidates would be self-driven individuals with strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
You should meet one of the following qualification criteria:
- Recent National Diploma in Production / Operations Management graduate. We will also consider candidates who have completed all the theoretical modules and only require the practical exposure to qualify for their Diploma
- Recent National Diploma graduates in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (experiential training completed and Diploma awarded).
