Duties and responsibilities:

Client services and credit management (2 positions)

  • Assist with student registration
  • Deal with student’s account enquiries
  • Journalise rectifications/ changes to student accounts
  • Keep records of enquiries dealt with
  • Liaise with students regarding accounts and the collection of tuition fees.

Communication and Brand Management (1 position):

  • Prepare orders for departments
  • Obtain quotations for items
  • Purchase items
  • Shop assistant: client services
  • Financial administration

Inherent requirements:

  • B-degree with Accounting.
  • Computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Language proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
  • Assumption of duties:As soon as possible
