Bytes Connect is seeking to enrol individuals who successfully completed their graduate studies on IT learnership programmes. The programme provides a unique opportunity for talented graduates who have achieved strong results in their IT related studies. The monthly stipend will be market related.
Bytes Connect therefore invites applicants that fit the criteria below:
- Candidates must be South African citizens.
- Candidates must be unemployed.
- Candidates must be between 18 and 34.
- Candidates must be able to attend classes on weekdays in Midrand and must be willing to be placed in a workplace in the Johannesburg area.
- Candidates must be willing to commit for 12 months.
- Candidates must not have a criminal record (or never have paid admission of guilt) or a negative credit record (which includes bad debt, judgements, debt written off, etc.).
- Candidates must not be studying.
- Candidates must have excellent English proficiency and communication skills.
- Candidates must have passed Grade 12 with Mathematics and English with more than 60% (Not negotiable)
Candidates must have successfully completed one of the following qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science
- BCom Degree in Informatics
- BTech in Information Technology
- Or a similar or equivalent qualification to the above
- Candidates must have specialised in Software Development or IT Systems Support,/p>
