- Project Teams: Implementation of new hotspots which includes Trouble shooting and analysis of Wi-Fi hotspots & backhaul issues.
- Maintenance: Day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of new hotspots to ensure optimal performance
- Audits: Analysing network performance
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exposure to stakeholder liaison and management and providing support to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- Technical Support: Provide 1st line on site support and maintenance relating to Wi-Fi access and backhaul networks
- Logistics: Involvement of managing and coordinating project events, operations and assets.
