Location: Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela Bay Science and Technology Centre
Duration: 12 Months
Unemployed GRADUATES between the ages of 18-35 years old in Science, Engineering and Technology ONLY.
Stipends paid to volunteers per month are as follows:
- National Diploma (R4000),
- Bachelor’s Degree/B.Tech (R4500),
- Honours (R5000),
- Master’s (R6000),
- PhD (R7200).
Volunteers will be required to:
- Assist with School Science Support Programmes
- Facilitate outreach programmes
- Facilitate programmes offered in the centre
Requirements
A Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, and Microbiology etc… or an Engineering qualification
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with people
- Technical skills
All travel and relocation costs will be for the candidates’ own expenses.
