Osborn Apprenticeship Description

No further applications for 2013 will be considered. Applications for the January 2014 apprentice intake opened on 18 November 2013.

10 Apprentices to start the 4-year journey to becoming qualified tradesmen. Individuals with above average technical aptitude & a hands-on approach to either be trained as Turner-Machinists, Fitters or Boilermakers.  All theoretical training will be provided by the Company and highly skilled mentors will ensure a quality on-the-job training experience.

Minimum Requirement and Eligibility Criteria

  • A minimum of a technical Grade 12 with Maths & 2 Technical subjects OR a completed N3 with engineering subjects.
  • No previous experience is required although some exposure to a technical environment and/or hands-on projects would be advantageous.
