Available Learnerships Opportunities At Standard Bank:

Financial Consultancy Learnership

Candidates are given an opportunity to work towards a formal qualification in Financial Planning as well as to apply the necessary practical aspects of their learnings. Successful candidates will be required to sign a 12-month fixed term employment contract as well as a learnership contract. They will not paid a salary but will receive a learner allowance of R 12,000.00 per month for the duration of the learnership

Test Analyst Learnership

Candidates are given an opportunity to work towards a formal banking qualification at an NQF Level 4, as well as, receiving Role Based Test Analyst Training. Programme participants will receive an allowance instead of a salary. Learners receive an allowance of R5 000 per month (taxed as per SARS tax tables)

Administration Learnership

Successful candidates will be required to sign a 12-month fixed term employment contract as well as a learnership contract. They will not be paid a salary but will receive a learner allowance of R3000.00 per month for the duration of the learnership. Upon successful completion candidates will obtain a recognised Further Education and Training Certificate in Banking (NQF 4)

Process Analyst Learnership

Candidates are given an opportunity to work towards a formal qualification in Sustainable Business Modelling and a qualification in Banking. Programme participants will receive an allowance instead of a salary. Learners receive an allowance of R12 000 per month (taxed as per SARS tax tables)

Data Warehousing Learnership

SAP Banking Specialist Learnership

Upon successful completion candidates will obtain a recognised National Certificate in Banking – Credit and Risk Assessment.

CIB Operations Learnership

Candidates are given an opportunity to work towards a formal qualification in Banking as well as apply the necessary practical aspects of their learning’s. This means that at the end of the 12 month programme, learners will receive a National Certificate in Banking (NQF 5). Successful candidates will be required to sign a fixed term employment contract as well as a learnership contract. They will not be paid a salary but will receive a learner allowance of R3 500 per month.
