On the job training/exposure will cover the following:

• Filing of correspondence & journals
• Capturing & parking of journals.
• General Ledger reconciliations.
• Reporting of bank sweepings to head office.
• Preparing transfer Journals.
• Confirming the Corporate account with head office.
• Preparing Clearance journals at the beginning of the month.
• Ensure accurate capturing & parking of bank statements & journals.
• Ensure bank and reconciliations are done on daily & monthly basis
• Ensure that all accruals and provisions are posted to reflect accurate financial reports
• Learn accounts payable process

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance or Commerce
• Must be legally authorised to work in South Africa
