- Attending classroom lessons and practical work
- Completing logbooks for workplace based learning
- Compiling a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA
- Achieving the required level in formative and summative assessments
- Demonstrating commitment to working in the medical scheme industry
- Displaying a willingness to learn corporate values and technicalities
- Acquiring knowledge of company products

Requirements / Eligibility Criteria
- Completed Grade 12 with a pass in English and another official language
- Passed Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum of a D symbol
